Medical Assistance (MEDA)
If you require medical clearance or special assistance to travel with Elite Air, please complete our MEDIF (Medical Information) form and send it to the MEDA team. This helps us prepare the right support for you onboard and on the ground.

Types of Medical Assistance
Based on your MEDIF, we coordinate with ground staff, cabin crew, and medical personnel to ensure seamless assistance throughout your journey.
Wheelchair Assistance
We provide WCHR/WCHS/WCHC support from curb to seat as required. Tell us your preferred assistance level on the MEDIF.
Portable Oxygen Concentrators
Approved POCs may be used onboard. Include device model and batteries on your MEDIF so we can verify compliance.
Medical Clearance
Certain conditions, recent surgeries, or special equipment may require medical clearance. Our clinicians review MEDIFs confidentially.
